By accessing and using ArchiSync.dev ("Service"), you accept and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our Service.

ArchiSync provides an AI-powered Architecture as Code platform that enables users to design cloud infrastructure visually and generate corresponding infrastructure code. The Service includes:

  • Visual architecture design canvas
  • AI-powered code generation
  • Bi-directional synchronization between diagrams and code
  • Multi-cloud support and deployment capabilities
  • Collaboration and sharing features

3. Account Registration

To use ArchiSync, you must:

  • Provide accurate and complete registration information
  • Maintain the security of your account credentials
  • Be at least 16 years of age
  • Have a valid invitation code during the beta period
  • Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Use the Service for any illegal purposes
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
  • Interfere with or disrupt the Service
  • Upload malicious code or viruses
  • Reverse engineer or copy our software
  • Resell or redistribute the Service without permission
  • Use the Service to mine cryptocurrency
  • Violate any applicable laws or regulations

5. Intellectual Property

Our IP

ArchiSync retains all rights to our platform, including software, algorithms, AI models, documentation, and branding. You may not copy, modify, or create derivative works without our written permission.

Your Content

You retain ownership of the architecture diagrams and infrastructure code you create. By using our Service, you grant us a license to:

  • Store and process your content to provide the Service
  • Use anonymized data to improve our AI models
  • Display your content to collaborators you invite

6. Payment Terms

  • Subscription fees are billed monthly or annually in advance
  • All fees are non-refundable except as required by law
  • We may change pricing with 30 days notice
  • Failed payments may result in service suspension
  • Enterprise customers may have custom payment terms

7. Service Level Agreement

For paid plans, we commit to:

  • 99.9% uptime (excluding scheduled maintenance)
  • 24-hour response time for support tickets
  • Regular backups of your data
  • Advance notice of planned downtime

8. Data and Privacy

Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy. We implement industry-standard security measures but cannot guarantee absolute security. You are responsible for maintaining backups of critical data.

9. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account if you:

  • Violate these Terms of Service
  • Fail to pay subscription fees
  • Engage in fraudulent activity
  • Pose a security risk to our platform

You may cancel your subscription at any time. Upon termination, you will have 30 days to export your data before it is deleted.

10. Disclaimers

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND. WE DO NOT GUARANTEE THAT:

  • The Service will be error-free or uninterrupted
  • Generated code will be free of bugs or security vulnerabilities
  • AI recommendations will be accurate or optimal
  • Cost estimates will match actual cloud provider charges

11. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, ARCHISYNC SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR:

  • Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
  • Loss of profits, data, or business opportunities
  • Damages exceeding the amount you paid in the last 12 months
  • Issues caused by third-party services or cloud providers

12. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold ArchiSync harmless from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the Service or violation of these terms.

13. Changes to Terms

We may modify these Terms at any time. Significant changes will be communicated via email. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

14. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, USA. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of San Francisco County.
